When is the best time to buy a ticket?
The best fares are usually one to three months ahead. For holidays and the peak season, buy earlier — seats run out quickly.
Can a ticket be refunded?

How will I receive the ticket?
We send the e-ticket on Telegram or by email. You do not have to print it — showing it on your phone is enough.
Does a child need a separate ticket?
Children under two usually travel on a reduced fare without a separate seat; from the age of two a separate seat is required. The exact conditions depend on the airline.
